He communicated a couple times throughout the day to let me know when he would arrive. He showed up with his son, both extremely proffesional, clean and polite. I can't say enough how wonderful he made this extremely difficult process. From moving to placement they were so caring and gentle. They were there till after dark working making sure I was good with the whole process, and I was. The price was so fair for the work he put in. Shawn far exceeded what I was expecting.
